The room was clean and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. Despite the cold temperatures outside, the heating system worked effectively, keeping the room warm throughout the night. The staff were helpful and promptly provided the WiFi password when requested. I had a pleasant experience at Swiss Star Oerlikon Inn and would recommend it.

For the price we paid, our stay at the hotel was definitely worth it. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing excellent value for money. The location was convenient, with the train station and trams just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. Although there was no staff on-site, the key collection system was efficient and the hosts were responsive and helpful through email communication.
Menu for breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice, fresh sheets on the bed. The hotel also had laundry machines available for guests to use for free, which was really convenient. The location was excellent, with a short walk to the train station and trams that came frequently. It only took about 20 minutes to reach the central city area, making it easy to explore the city.
All was good.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to public transportation and key attractions. The hassle-free key collection system was a great feature, making check-in smooth. the hosts were responsive and helpful via email, providing assistance whenever needed.
There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The area around the hotel, particularly near the train station, was not the safest and could be a bit unsettling.

The free WiFi was a nice touch, although it took some effort to get connected. Having cable programming definitely helped entertain me during my stay.
It was such a treat to not have any working ventilation in the room, especially during the warmer months.
